Field teams get a useful result when a newly submitted form record reaches the right person without waiting for an office review. iFormBuilder can pass a New Record event through Zapier to Mobile Message, so the person responsible receives an SMS based on the information collected in the field.

New Record can trigger Send SMS with a plain text alert, a follow-up instruction or a reference from the form. A new user can also create a Mobile Message contact, giving administrators a record they can use in later workflows. You can include selected form values in the message while keeping the text clear for a phone screen.

The connection works best for event-based notifications and contact creation. It does not create a native two-way connection or continuously synchronise iFormBuilder records. Pick one iFormBuilder event, map its fields in Zapier, and choose the Mobile Message action that gives your team a result they can see.
