IceCubes SMS Integration

A client meeting ends and IceCubes finishes its AI summary, next steps and insights. The account manager may be moving straight into another conversation, so waiting for someone to open the summary can delay follow-up. Meeting Completed can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the account manager or a selected team list.

The message can notify staff that the meeting analysis is ready and include the relevant information IceCubes makes available to the trigger. Mobile Message can send an individual SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact or update a contact. That supports practical follow-up, such as alerting a sales group after a completed meeting or creating a contact for a participant whose details are supplied by the event.

IceCubes is provided with a trigger and no actions in this connection, so the useful automation sends a notification out of the meeting intelligence tool. It does not send transcripts or attachments by SMS, and it does not write changes back into IceCubes. Setup uses Zapier with both accounts connected, and the workflow remains a specific one-way response to Meeting Completed.
