Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Homeit!

A guest may be standing outside a property while your team is still checking whether the smartlock key was created correctly. Homeit’s New Key Created trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, so the guest receives access information or a staff member knows the key is ready.

The Guest Checked-In (Key Used First Time) event can send a useful arrival message, while New Key Event can notify an operator when a selected door or key is used. Homeit also offers Create Key, Update Key and Delete Key actions, but a Mobile Message event should only run one of those when you have a specific key record and field mapping available. The most direct workflows therefore begin with Homeit and produce an SMS or contact action in Mobile Message. Keep the text limited to the access details your guest needs, and avoid treating an SMS as a carrier for anything other than plain text. Zapier transfers the chosen Homeit event to Mobile Message. It does not create a live two-way sync, so a later change to a key or message record must be handled separately.
