HIPAAtizer SMS Integration

A patient submission can arrive while your reception team is helping someone else, leaving a new intake waiting for attention. HIPAAtizer provides no-code forms for patient intake, and its New Form Submission trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier. A short confirmation tells the patient that their form was received and sets a clear expectation for what happens next.

The same event can alert the appropriate staff member when a selected form receives a submission. That is useful for time-sensitive appointments, new patient requests, or forms that need a quick review. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can use the submitted phone number and selected form fields, so the message is relevant without asking staff to copy details between systems.

This connection is designed for a specific notification workflow, not a replacement for HIPAAtizer's intake process. Configure it in Zapier with New Form Submission as the trigger and choose the Mobile Message action that suits your process. Keep the SMS limited to appropriate status information and avoid placing sensitive health details in plain text.
