Harold SMS Integration

Harold finishes processing a supplier or customer document, but the person waiting for that result may not be watching the inbox. A processed file can contain information that needs prompt attention, and a quiet dashboard does not tell the team what has changed. A Zap can use New Processed Document to send a Mobile Message alert when Harold completes its work.

Send SMS can notify the operator who checks the extracted data, while Send SMS to List can alert an accounts or operations group. If the processed document introduces a new supplier or customer contact, Create Contact can add the available person details to Mobile Message. The message should contain only the useful fields provided by Harold and should follow your privacy and communication policies. The connection is made through Zapier, where Harold supplies the trigger and Mobile Message performs the selected action.

This is useful for businesses that route documents through a Zapier-enabled inbox and need a visible prompt when processing finishes. It does not import the full document into Mobile Message or synchronise records. The workflow runs for documents that meet Harold’s trigger conditions and completes the action you configure.
