Drafting a reply for every message, then translating it, then copying it into a text is the kind of task that gets skipped when things get busy, and customers wait longer than they should for an answer. Groq removes that drafting work by generating the reply itself, writing a response to a prompt or translating text before it goes anywhere. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, a Zap can take what Groq writes and text it straight to the customer.

Groq can also turn a recorded message into plain text, or turn a block of text into spoken audio, both useful earlier in a Zap when the words that eventually get texted start out as something else. An audio file gets transcribed to text and then summarised with a generated response before the SMS goes out, so the customer receives a short written update rather than a recording to listen back to.

None of these actions send anything by themselves. They sit in the middle of a Zap, turning a recording, a foreign language reply or a rough prompt into finished text, and Mobile Message's Send SMS action puts that text in front of the customer. A reply can go out in the customer's own language, or a recorded update can become a short text, without anyone rewriting a word.
