What the pairing is good for is the middle of a longer Zap, where a recording needs to become text before an SMS step can use it.

If a business already sends a text after a call or a form submission, sitting Gladia's transcription in front of that step means the message going out can quote or summarise what was actually said, instead of a generic line that ignores the content of the recording entirely.
