Fundraising teams using GivingX.com can lose valuable time checking for each new donation and preparing an acknowledgement. A New Donation event gives them a practical starting point for a Zap, so Mobile Message can send a timely thank-you or notify the people managing the campaign. The donor experience becomes more immediate without requiring staff to copy information between systems.

Use New Donation with Send SMS when each donor should receive a direct message, provided a suitable phone number is available in the event data. Send SMS to List can instead alert a campaign group when a contribution arrives. You can include the campaign name and donor details supplied by GivingX.com in the message fields.
