Teams that collect information through GenZform often want an immediate response after someone submits a form, survey, quiz or calculator. A response can contain a phone number and a clear request, but waiting for someone to open the results creates a delay between interest and follow-up. GenZform’s New Form Response trigger can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS.

The message might confirm that the response was received, tell the respondent when to expect contact, or invite them to reply with a useful detail. You can map the submitted answers into the plain-text message and select the recipient from the response fields. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add the person to a list when the response represents an ongoing relationship.

This gives forms a practical follow-up path without custom code or manual copying. GenZform supplies the new response event, and Mobile Message performs the selected action through Zapier. The connection is one-directional rather than a two-way synchronisation, so each Zap has a defined trigger and result.
