Survey responses often arrive when the person responsible for follow-up is away from the dashboard. A completed Fynzo Survey can contain useful feedback, a service request or a lead, yet manual checking creates a gap between the response and the next contact. SMS can acknowledge the respondent or alert the team as soon as a new response is received.

Zapier lets Fynzo Survey's Response trigger start Mobile Message actions. You can send an SMS to a respondent when their survey is received, create a Mobile Message contact from the response or add that person to a relevant SMS list. A team alert can also be sent when the response includes a mobile number for internal notification. The message can use the survey fields supplied by Fynzo Survey, including a short reference or selected answer.

The available connection is trigger-led, so it does not update the survey record or provide a built-in reply workflow. It gives your team a defined way to act on new feedback. Test which response fields are available before relying on them in the SMS.
