Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with fynk!

A legal document is signed, but the people responsible for the next step may still be waiting for an update. fynk can start a Zap when a document is signed, allowing Mobile Message to send a clear SMS to a selected recipient. That removes the need to monitor document status manually and helps keep approvals, handovers and client communication on schedule.

Use fynk’s New Signed Document trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The message can include the document name or signing information available in the trigger. A New Signatory event can also send an invitation-related notification, while New Document can alert a team member that a file has been created. This connection is provided through Zapier. It sends plain-text SMS from Mobile Message and does not change fynk document stages or create a two-way status feed.

Choose one important event for each message. A short signed-document alert is easier to act on than a long summary, particularly when the recipient is away from the fynk workspace.
