Use Ops Alert to trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action when an alert is available for triage. Ops Event can also start a text for broader monitoring events, including failed alerts, health snapshots and recorded operational activity. FusionCore has no actions in the supplied connection, so Mobile Message events cannot write back into FusionCore. Each Zap sends a defined notification from FusionCore into Mobile Message rather than synchronising monitoring records. Map the alert details into the text, choose the recipient and decide which event types warrant an SMS. This keeps the workflow focused on a noticeable operational result, with the alert information delivered to the person responsible for investigating it.
