Connect New Public Event Emitted to Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List in Mobile Message. A selected event can alert a responsible team member, create a person in Mobile Message or organise a contact for an approved follow-up group. If the event data contains an appropriate mobile number, the message can be addressed to the relevant participant or stakeholder. You can also use Inbound SMS Received to trigger Forsta’s Execute Workflow where a text supplies the workflow input your Forsta setup expects. This is not a native connection and does not synchronise research data between platforms. Create separate Zaps for distinct event types, apply filters before sending messages and limit SMS content to information suitable for plain text.
