Appenate SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Appenate!

Field teams using Appenate capture information on mobile devices while they are inspecting sites, completing jobs or collecting customer details. A New Form Entry can arrive with useful answers, but office staff may not see it until later. With Zapier, Appenate can pass that event to Mobile Message, where a text gives the right person an immediate prompt.

New Form Entry can trigger Send SMS to notify an office coordinator, or Send SMS to List when a whole operations group needs to know that field data has arrived. It can also start Create Contact when a form includes a customer’s name and mobile number, followed by Add Contact to List where a defined group is useful. Appenate’s other actions, such as Create Task and Send Notification, can be started by a Mobile Message event when the required fields are available. The most practical use is usually the form submission alert, because it produces a result staff can notice without watching the forms platform. The Zap does not reproduce Appenate’s rich data in SMS, so keep messages to relevant text fields and use the alert to direct someone to review the full entry.
