Formsite SMS Integration

A form submission can contain the contact detail or request that a business needs to act on immediately. Formsite collects professional web forms and survey responses, while Mobile Message can send a confirmation or alert when a new result arrives. This helps prevent a submitted form from sitting unseen until someone checks the results page.

This connection runs through Zapier. New Form Result can trigger Send SMS to the person who submitted the form, if a suitable phone number is included, or Send SMS to List for the staff who handle the request. You can also use Create Contact to record a submitted person in Mobile Message for later contact management. Formsite remains the source of the result, and Mobile Message carries out the selected action. The message can use the available form fields, so the recipient knows why the text was sent. With one focused Zap for each use case, teams can separate customer confirmations from internal notifications and contact creation.
