FormPress SMS Integration

A new FormPress submission can arrive while staff are serving customers or working away from the office. Instead of checking the form manually, the submission can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the right person. The message can flag a new lead, service request or internal response, depending on the fields collected by the form.

FormPress provides one trigger, New Submission, and no actions. That makes the connection most useful as an alert workflow. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact, update a contact or add a contact to a list after the submission arrives. A form that collects a mobile number can therefore create a contact and send a notification as separate Zaps, or send one carefully formatted alert to a team member.

This approach suits operators who rely on lightweight forms for leads, registrations and customer requests. It does not write information back to FormPress, and it is not a native two-way integration. Through Zapier, select the submission event, map the form fields and choose the Mobile Message result that someone will notice.
