A Formplus submission can contain a new lead, application, payment detail, or customer request, and the person who sent it may expect confirmation straight away. Formplus can start a Zapier workflow when a new submission is created. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS to the sender or notify a staff member using the fields collected by the form.

This is useful for acknowledging an application, confirming that a request reached the business, or alerting a team member to call someone back. The sender can also be created as a Mobile Message contact or added to a list when the form collects the required mobile information. Formplus has one available trigger and no listed actions, so the practical connection runs from a new submission into Mobile Message. It does not synchronise form responses, but it can make the next customer-facing step happen with less manual checking.
