Form builders, community groups and service teams often collect useful details in Formlets, then rely on someone to notice each new submission. Formlets offers a New Submission trigger that can start a Zap. Mobile Message can turn that event into an SMS for the person responsible for the next step, so a submitted form is not left waiting in a dashboard.

The message can include the form fields that Formlets makes available, such as a name, phone number or selected service. A small operator can send the alert to one staff member with Send SMS. A team can use Send SMS to List when submissions need to reach a prepared group. The SMS remains plain text and can point staff towards their usual Formlets process.

This connection is set up through Zapier and only uses the New Submission event exposed by Formlets. It does not create or edit a Formlets submission. Instead, it gives your team a practical mobile alert when a new response arrives and helps them decide who should handle it.
