Waiting for a team member to review the form can slow down a useful lead or leave a customer unsure whether their details arrived. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can send that first response automatically.

When a new submission is received, Mobile Message can send an SMS using the phone number and other fields passed from Formdesk. A business might confirm a booking request, acknowledge a service enquiry or give a prospect the expected response time. The message is plain text and can be personalised with information from the submission.

This workflow keeps Formdesk as the source of the submitted information and Mobile Message as the texting service. It does not create a native two-way connection or replace staff follow-up. Instead, it gives the person who filled in the form a visible acknowledgement while your team reviews the information and decides what to do next.
