Experiences App SMS Integration

Experience operators often have a guest arriving soon while staff are still checking booking details and attendance. Receive Booking Created Messages can trigger an immediate confirmation or practical arrival text, so the customer receives useful information without waiting for a team member to copy details into another system. Zapier sends the selected Experiences App event to Mobile Message Send SMS.

Receive Attendee Checkin Messages can also notify an organiser or operations list when someone checks in. Mobile Message can create a contact from booking information or add a guest to a list for later communication. These options support event-day reminders, arrival guidance and internal attendance alerts using plain text only.

The connection does not write changes back into Experiences App. It simply turns the two available Experiences App messages into selected Mobile Message actions, with your team deciding the recipient, wording and timing.
