EventSquare SMS Integration

An event organiser can receive a ticket order while managing access control, venue preparation and attendee questions. EventSquare records New Order events, but a customer may still wait for confirmation if the team relies on manual messages. Mobile Message can turn each suitable order event into an SMS through Zapier, giving the buyer a prompt acknowledgement after the order is created.

New Order can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action with the available order and customer details. The message might confirm receipt, provide the event name and explain what the buyer should expect next. This is a focused workflow from EventSquare to Mobile Message. It does not create a native ticketing connection, synchronise attendee records or change EventSquare orders from an SMS.

For organisers, the value is a simple customer-facing touchpoint at a busy point in the event process. You can choose whether the message goes to the buyer, an internal contact or a list, then tailor the wording to the event. If a recipient replies, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a separate Zap for handling that response in another connected service.
