Eventpack SMS Integration

Event organisers, venue teams and registration staff need reliable communication before and during an event. A new registration, order or check-in can be easy to miss when staff are moving between ticketing, badge printing and session operations. A Zapier connection lets Eventpack start Mobile Message actions, so useful event updates reach attendees or staff by text.

New And/Or Updated Registration can send a confirmation or practical arrival message to a registrant. Registration Checkin can notify an event team that a person has checked in or out, while New And/Or Updated Order can alert staff about ticketing activity that needs attention. The message can use the Eventpack fields available in the Zap.

Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contacts and add contacts to lists. A registration can therefore create an SMS contact, while a check-in can alert a staff list. Eventpack’s Create Registration action can also be triggered by an inbound Mobile Message text when the required registration details are available. The connection runs through Zapier, one workflow at a time.
