About the Eventdex integration

Event teams using Eventdex often meet a new attendee at the exact moment registration, payment and event preparation are competing for attention. A missed confirmation can leave a participant unsure about what happens next, while an exhibitor lead may wait too long for a response. With Zapier, Eventdex can pass registration and check-in events to Mobile Message for immediate SMS communication.

New Attendees can trigger a confirmation or welcome text, and Get Checkins can alert a coordinator when someone arrives at the event. Exhibitor New Leads is useful for notifying a sales representative that a prospect has been captured for an exhibitor. Eventdex also provides Create New Attendees as an action, so an inbound Mobile Message text can create an attendee record when the required details are available. These workflows keep each event-specific action clear. They do not create a two-way sync, and all SMS content remains plain text.

Yes. New Attendees can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action in Zapier. Use the attendee data supplied by Eventdex to send a welcome, confirmation or event instruction to the selected mobile number.
