You publish a new Eventable calendar event and need subscribers or your internal team to know what happens next. If the announcement depends on someone checking the calendar manually, the first notice can arrive later than planned. Mobile Message can add a direct SMS step when an event or subscriber activity occurs.

New Event can trigger Send SMS to notify a team member that an event has been created, while New Subscriber can alert staff when someone adds an event to their calendar. The message can include the event information supplied by Eventable and can be directed to a suitable Mobile Message number or list. If you need to send a calendar invitation through Eventable, its Send Event to Subscriber action can be started by an Inbound SMS Received event in Mobile Message, provided the subscriber has already been added to the calendar. The connection is configured through Zapier and each workflow runs in one direction.
