Yes. Set Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received as the trigger and pair it with EUrouter's Generate Response action. Each time a customer texts in, EUrouter drafts a chat reply that Mobile Message can then send back, saving you from writing every reply from scratch.

Can EUrouter write a message before Mobile Message sends the first text to a new lead?

Yes. Place EUrouter's Generate Response action in the middle of a Zap, after a trigger like a new Facebook lead and before Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The drafted response becomes the text that goes out, so the first message reads as a proper reply rather than a template.

What do I need to run EUrouter alongside Mobile Message?
