Through Zapier, Document Completed can start a Mobile Message action. Send SMS can notify an internal coordinator that signing is finished, while Send SMS to List can distribute a completion notice to a defined group. You can also use Mobile Message's Create Contact or Update Contact actions in a separate Zap when eSignBase sends a completed document event, provided the event contains suitable contact fields.
