A signer declines a package, a document expires or the final signature arrives, and someone may still need to chase the next step manually. eSign Launchpad can trigger a Zap for package activity such as Package Declined, Package Expired, Signer Completed or Package Completed. Mobile Message can then send a clear SMS to the relevant customer, signer or internal contact.

This helps teams keep signature work moving after the email workflow changes. A completed package could prompt a customer thank-you, while an expired package could alert staff to contact the signer. Package Sent can also begin an SMS reminder, and Signer Viewed Package can notify a coordinator that attention has been given to the document. The available eSign Launchpad actions, including Send Package From Template, Resend Notification to Signer and Send a Download Link, can be used when another app starts the Zap, but they are not required for these SMS alerts.

Set the eSign Launchpad event in Zapier, map the signer or recipient details, and choose the Mobile Message action that fits the outcome. You can create contacts, add them to a list or send an individual text. This is a one-directional workflow for selected package events, not a native two-way connection.
