A survey coordinator is watching responses arrive in Enquete after sending a feedback request. Each new response can contain useful information, but the person responsible may not see it until much later if they rely on a manual review. With Zapier, New Response or New Survey Completed can trigger an SMS through Mobile Message, so a team member knows feedback is ready for attention.

You can send an internal alert when a response is submitted, notify a list when a survey is completed, or create a contact from the respondent details for a later conversation. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contacts, and add contacts to lists. Enquete remains the source of the survey event, and the selected Mobile Message action handles the visible follow-up.

This connection suits feedback workflows where timing matters, such as service reviews, event surveys, and customer follow-up. Zapier lets you choose which Enquete event starts the workflow and which response fields appear in the message. It does not create a native two-way integration or maintain a shared record between the platforms.
