Emboss is an app that turns flat PDFs into filled, fillable forms, automatically detecting form fields and filling them from your data or from a document you provide.

Linked through Zapier, a paid Shopify order or an overdue Xero invoice can be handed to Emboss to fill an existing form with the order or invoice details, and Mobile Message can then text the customer once the completed form is ready. The document gets filled and the customer gets notified in the same run, rather than as two separate jobs someone has to remember to do by hand, and nobody on the operations side has to open the order or invoice a second time just to copy the details into a form manually.
