Elevatie SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Elevatie!
Elevatie also provides the Send Review Invite action. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received event can trigger that action when a customer texts in, while Delivery Status Updated can trigger it after a message event. Use these workflows only where the incoming text or delivery event genuinely indicates that a review request should be sent.
The connection is made through Zapier, with each automation linking one event to one action. It does not synchronise Elevatie and Mobile Message records. Choose an appropriate template and confirm that the recipient has agreed to receive the communication before activating review invitations.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
