Financial advisers using Elements can add a new prospect while moving between meetings, calls and follow-up work. The prospect may be ready for a prompt acknowledgement, but manual copying and texting can push that response down the list. A Mobile Message workflow can make the first follow-up more consistent when a prospect is added.

Elements provides a New Prospect trigger that can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action through Zapier. The text can acknowledge the prospect’s interest, confirm that someone will be in touch, or alert an adviser that a new person needs attention. You can also use the event to create a Mobile Message contact or add the prospect to a list for a later communication process.

This can suit advisers who want a simple handover from prospect capture to SMS follow-up. It does not create a financial record, send an advice document or update Elements from Mobile Message. The Zap only uses the supported New Prospect event and the Mobile Message action you select. If a prospect replies, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can begin a separate workflow for your team to handle.
