Eledo SMS Integration

A customer who is waiting on an invoice or a ticket notices very quickly whether it turns up straight away or two days late. Generating a PDF quickly counts for little if nobody tells the customer it is ready. Connecting Eledo to Mobile Message through Zapier closes that gap, so the person waiting gets a text the moment their document exists, not whenever someone remembers to send one.

When an overdue invoice in Xero triggers Eledo to create a PDF document, Mobile Message can text the customer a link to it straight after, so a reminder that used to sit in an inbox turns into a text someone actually reads. The same pattern suits an event agenda generated after a Calendly booking is made, or a receipt built the moment a Shopify order is paid, each one finished off with a text pointing the customer to their document.

None of this sends the file itself over SMS, a text can only carry a link, but that is usually all a customer needs to find what they are waiting for. For a business generating documents throughout the day, it means the customer hears about it as soon as it exists, rather than the next time someone happens to check the outbox.
