It works quietly behind the scenes, logging environmental action against ordinary sending activity rather than asking anyone to remember to do it separately.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, Ecologi can plant a tree every time a message is confirmed delivered, turning routine delivery confirmations into a running count of trees planted on the business's behalf. The same idea runs the other way too, so a customer's incoming text, an Inbound SMS Received, can fund a carbon offset, meaning ordinary conversations double as small acts of offsetting each time someone replies.

Neither Zap changes what the customer sees, the message itself still goes out as normal, but the business ends up with an automatic record of offsetting tied directly to real messaging volume rather than a one-off donation made once a year and then forgotten about. It runs one way through Zapier, not a two-way sync, so the totals show up inside Ecologi's own reporting rather than inside Mobile Message, and nobody has to log the activity by hand after the fact.
