A promotion has just received a new participation, and the customer experience is better when the person knows what happens next. Easypromos manages digital promotions, sweepstakes and contests, while Mobile Message can deliver a plain text acknowledgement or prize update. Through Zapier, a new participant, participation or prize assignment can begin that message workflow.

New User can trigger Create Contact so a registrant is recorded in Mobile Message. New Participation can trigger Send SMS to confirm entry, while New Prize Assignment can trigger Send SMS with an appropriate winner notification. New Prize Form Submission can also start a message when a person completes the information needed for a prize. You select the event and fields in Zapier.

This gives promotion teams a reliable way to acknowledge activity without manually checking every campaign record. The SMS does not replace Easypromos' promotion management, and the connection is not a two-way sync. Zapier passes the selected Easypromos event into the Mobile Message action you choose, with your own message, recipient and list settings.
