Without a prompt, the item can sit in a digital mailroom while staff wait for a routine check. Through Zapier, New Scan Completed can start a Mobile Message SMS or contact action.

A text can alert a nominated team member that a new scan is ready, using the mail details available from Earth Class Mail. You can also create a Mobile Message contact for a recipient who needs to be included in later communications. The useful fields depend on what the Earth Class Mail trigger supplies, so review the sample data during setup.

This gives virtual-office operators a clear notification path for scanned mail. It does not open or process the mail inside Mobile Message, and it does not create a native connection between the services. Zapier takes the selected Earth Class Mail event and performs one Mobile Message action, leaving the mail item available in Earth Class Mail for review.
