DOXI SMS Integration

Teams using DOXI often need a signature process to keep moving after a document flow changes status. A new status event can prompt a customer or internal coordinator by SMS, so nobody has to repeatedly open DOXI to look for progress. Zapier sends the selected DOXI event to Mobile Message and uses the mapped fields in the message.

Flow Status Being Changed can trigger Send SMS when a document flow moves through its process. The message might tell a signer that action is required, alert an administrator that a flow has changed, or provide a concise next step. DOXI also offers Create Flow From Template and Get Document as actions. These are useful when another Zap event needs to create a signature flow or retrieve a document, but they do not by themselves provide a complete SMS outcome. The strongest direct automation is therefore the status alert. This is a one-way Zapier workflow between DOXI and Mobile Message, not a native document synchronisation.
