DocuProx processes that document automatically, extracting structured data with Process Document or running a custom Process Agent job built around its own extraction instructions.

DocuProx doesn't send anything itself, it turns an unstructured file into data a Zap can actually use further down the chain. That's where Mobile Message comes in, once DocuProx has pulled names, amounts, or answers out of a document, that detail can be dropped into an SMS through Zapier, so the person who submitted the form or the team reviewing it gets a text confirming exactly what was found.
