DocuPipe SMS Integration

A document has just finished parsing, but someone still needs to know what was found and decide what happens next. DocuPipe can signal Document Processed or Extraction Complete after PDFs, images and scanned documents have been read. Mobile Message can then send a text to the person responsible, so an invoice, form or receipt does not sit unnoticed in a processing queue.

Through Zapier, a completed extraction can become a practical SMS alert for your team or customer. Include selected fields from the structured JSON in a Send SMS message, such as an invoice reference, supplier name or review reminder. You can also use Get Extraction Result in a workflow before sending the message, keeping the notification focused on the information people need to act on.

This setup suits finance teams, administrators and service operators handling documents at volume. It does not create a native two-way connection or interpret replies automatically. Instead, DocuPipe starts a Zap when its document work is complete, and Mobile Message delivers a plain text notification to a nominated number or list.
