Docugami SMS Integration

Document-heavy teams can use Docugami activity as a prompt for a clear customer or staff message. Docugami can trigger a Zap when new events occur in a project. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can send an SMS to the person who needs to know, create a contact or add a contact to a list.

A project activity event can alert a coordinator, acknowledge a document workflow step or place a relevant person into an SMS audience. Docugami also provides Upload Document and Upload Documents actions, which can be started by an inbound Mobile Message SMS when a sender’s message should begin a document upload workflow. The exact result depends on the fields and document data available to the Zap.

These are separate, one-directional workflows rather than a live sync. Choose Docugami’s Project Activity trigger for outbound alerts, or use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger for an upload action. Zapier handles the connection and lets you test the mapped information before switching the Zap on.
