Docnify SMS Integration

A document has just been sent for signing, yet the recipient may not notice the email straight away. Docnify users can use that moment to send a brief SMS through Mobile Message, reminding the recipient where the signing request is waiting. A second workflow can respond when the document is opened, helping your team mark an important point in the signing process or notify someone who needs to follow up.

Docnify provides Document Sent and Document Opened triggers for these workflows. Pair either event with Mobile Message Send SMS to send a clear message containing the recipient’s name, document context or next step. If your process needs the document stored in Mobile Message, Create Contact can record a recipient when a document is sent. The connection works through Zapier, which lets you map the fields supplied by Docnify and apply filters before a text is sent.

This setup is suited to teams handling agreements, approvals and customer paperwork. It reduces the need to watch Docnify manually while keeping the SMS focused on a useful action. Make sure recipients have agreed to receive text messages and avoid placing sensitive document information in the SMS itself.
