A candidate's details land in a system already sorted into the right fields too, ready for whatever happens with them next, rather than sitting inside a form response nobody has opened yet.

DocInterpreter turns a raw document into structured data automatically, or against a custom schema when the fields need to match a set format exactly. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, an overdue invoice from Xero or a form response from Google Forms can run through DocInterpreter first, so a text message sent afterwards already carries the names, amounts or dates pulled from the file, rather than a generic line that leaves someone checking the original document anyway. Auto Extract handles the document on its own using an automatic schema, while a custom schema keeps the same fields consistent every time an application or invoice comes through in a slightly different layout.
