A supporter texts back with a question about an upcoming event, or replies STOP because they no longer want messages, and if nobody's watching that thread closely, the reply just sits there. Political organisations and campaigns running on Democratik already track supporters, donations and tickets in one place, but a lot of that supporter contact still happens by text, and without a proper connection, someone has to manually copy each reply across.

Through a Zapier connection, an inbound text picked up by Mobile Message can act on the Democratik side without that manual step. A first-time reply can create a supporteur record on the spot, an existing supporter's response can trigger a tag being added to flag their interest, and a message describing a problem can create a ticket with the right pipeline and stage attached, ready for someone to follow up. A reply of STOP can even run the unsubscriber action, removing that person's email from future contact.

This only runs one way, from a text reply into an action inside Democratik, and not a two way sync of records. But for an organisation fielding constant SMS replies from supporters, it closes the gap between someone texting in and that contact actually showing up in the system they manage.
