About the DealerAI integration
An inbound text can send an ADF lead straight to DealerAI so the AI account starts working it without anyone forwarding an email or copying a phone number across by hand. The same reply can send a new lead to the CRM, or add or update a contact so the dealership keeps a current record of everyone who has been in touch, even across several conversations.
