Coursebricks SMS Integration

A learner registers for an instructor-led course and the training team needs to acknowledge the place before the details are forgotten. Coursebricks provides a New Registration event that can start a Zap and send a Mobile Message SMS with the next step. New Opportunity and New Contact can support similar alerts for sales and relationship teams.

This suits training providers managing enrolments, course pipelines and participant records. A registration can trigger a confirmation text with the course name, date or a reminder to check email. A new opportunity can alert a sales person to follow up, while a new contact can notify an administrator that a learner record needs attention. Coursebricks also lists Send Registration Email, but that action is not required for the SMS route. The useful connection is a one-way event from Coursebricks into Mobile Message, with Zapier passing the selected fields.

Your Coursebricks and Mobile Message accounts are connected in Zapier without code. Choose the event that matters, add Send SMS, map the recipient and course information, test the message and activate the Zap.
