About the Convo AI integration
This is useful for sales calls, consultations and internal meetings where a timely text matters. A summary-ready event could send a customer a next-step message, while feedback-ready activity could notify a manager that a conversation has been reviewed. Yes. Meeting Summary Ready can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action in Zapier. You can map meeting information into the message and choose the recipient details available from the Convo AI event.
Can a recorded Convo AI meeting create a Mobile Message contact?
Yes. New Meeting Recorded can start Create Contact. The Zap can pass through the attendee information supplied by Convo AI, provided the fields include the contact details required by Mobile Message.
How do I connect Convo AI to Mobile Message for follow-ups?
Create a Zap with Convo AI as the trigger and Mobile Message as the action. You will need both accounts. Select an event such as Meeting Summary Ready, map the fields, test the message and activate the Zap without writing code.
