ConvertSite SMS Integration

A visitor submits a ConvertSite quote form and the lead disappears into a queue while your team handles other work. ConvertSite’s New Submission event can remove that manual chase by starting a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS as soon as the form or connected button is used.

This is useful for operators collecting quote requests, service leads or registration details through low-code forms. The SMS can alert a sales person to call back, confirm that the submission was received or tell the prospect what happens next. Include the fields that ConvertSite provides, such as the person’s name, phone number and request details, while keeping the message short enough to read easily. A response to the text can be handled separately through Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger if you need a second workflow.

There are no ConvertSite actions listed, so this connection is designed for a one-way notification from a new submission to Mobile Message. Zapier passes the selected form data between your ConvertSite and Mobile Message accounts. You can test the number, wording and routing before the Zap is enabled.
