Can I add a lead to Conrad when someone texts my business?
Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire Conrad's Create Lead action, so a reply or a new text creates a lead in Conrad automatically. Once you accept the lead inside Conrad, it converts into a Business record the same way any other lead does.
Does Conrad send a text back to the person automatically?
No, Conrad only has a Create Lead action available, it doesn't have a trigger that can start a Zap. To send a text you would use a separate Zap with Mobile Message's Send SMS action triggered from something else in your workflow.
How do I connect Conrad and Mobile Message for lead capture?
You set it up as a Zap in Zapier, no coding required. You need a Conrad account and a Mobile Message account both connected to Zapier, then choose Inbound SMS Received as the trigger and Create Lead as the action, mapping the caller's number and message into the new lead.
