That gap can lead to unnecessary follow-up and uncertainty about whether work can begin. Concord CLM records approvals, signatures and expiry, while Mobile Message can deliver a clear operational alert.

With Zapier, Signature Provided can trigger an SMS to the person responsible for the next step. Document Fully Signed can send a completion message to a client contact or internal list, and Document Fully Approved can notify a team before the agreement is put into use. You can also alert someone when a document has expired, using the information available from Concord.

The connection is provided through Zapier and uses one event at a time. Concord remains the system for drafting, approval, e-signature and storage. Mobile Message sends the selected plain text notification. It does not update a Concord document from an SMS unless you build a separate supported workflow, and the listed Concord actions are limited to creating documents.
