ConanForm SMS Integration

A form submission can contain a valuable lead, a service request or an urgent question, yet the first response may wait until someone checks the form dashboard. ConanForm supplies a New Submission event to Zapier, so Mobile Message can send a plain text acknowledgement or alert as soon as the response arrives. This reduces the manual chase after each form is completed.

Use New Submission with Send SMS when the submitter should receive confirmation or a clear next step. Pair it with Send SMS to List when the response needs to reach a group responsible for sales, support or administration. The form can provide the phone number and selected answers, while the SMS keeps the wording focused and directs the recipient to the right follow-up channel.

ConanForm has no listed actions, so the useful direction is from a submitted form to Mobile Message. It does not update ConanForm or create a native two-way connection. Set up the workflow through Zapier, map the fields, add filters if different forms need different messages and test before switching it on.
