You can also use a new action list insert as the signal for a practical reminder. For example, an assigned team member can receive the action, its due date and the relevant context by SMS. Mobile Message can send the message directly or send it to a list, depending on whether the reminder belongs to one person or a wider group. The connection runs through Zapier, so Comulytic events can start these messages without custom development. It does not create a two-way transcript system.
