Comulytic SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Comulytic!

A meeting has finished, the recording is processed, and Comulytic has produced a transcript and summary for your team. Instead of relying on someone to remember the follow-up, a Zap can watch for new transcripts and summaries ready, then send a plain-text SMS through Mobile Message. This is useful when a customer, supplier or colleague needs a prompt while the discussion is still fresh.

You can also use a new action list insert as the signal for a practical reminder. For example, an assigned team member can receive the action, its due date and the relevant context by SMS. Mobile Message can send the message directly or send it to a list, depending on whether the reminder belongs to one person or a wider group. The connection runs through Zapier, so Comulytic events can start these messages without custom development. It does not create a two-way transcript system. It simply turns completed conversation work and newly recorded actions into timely, visible notifications.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.

Comulytic + SMS: common questions

Can Comulytic text me when a transcript is ready?

Yes. New Transcripts & Summaries Ready can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message Send SMS. Map the recipient and summary details into a plain-text notification for the person handling follow-up.

Can a Comulytic action item notify several staff members?

Yes. New Action List Insert can trigger Send SMS to List, so a newly recorded action can be sent to a Mobile Message list containing the relevant staff or service team.

How do I set up Comulytic SMS alerts?

Create the Zap in Zapier, select Comulytic as the trigger app and Mobile Message as the action app. You need accounts with both services, and the setup uses configuration rather than code.
